Description

The boa sheds its skin every 6 - 8 weeks because crawling puts a lot of strain on its skin and wears it out. The skin on the animal's head comes off first and is then gradually shed as the snake moves on. It feels at home in the forest. But it can also be found in savannahs and deserts. The boa lives both on the ground and in trees. It usually eats large prey such as mice, rats, various lizards, iguanas and mammals. It therefore rarely needs to eat anything. After a good meal, a few weeks or months without food is no problem for a healthy snake. The PVC-free play figure from Bullyland measures approx. 18 cm in length and is hand-painted true to life. Age: from 3 years.
